TL.DR

While working in the concept team, I was tasked with understanding how Artificial Intelligence could improve the experience for our users, providing an interactive playground to explore, decode, and explain the complexity of our products and services.

Beliefs

We believe that providing the means for a conversational interaction with a personal assistent powered by AI will give the the user a personalized and luxurios experience.

Will reduce customer task load with appropriate recommendations, providing explanation when needed, and perform user tasks on demand trough the customer journey.

We believe that we can achieve equivalence or improvement to the best performing human sales representatives.

Solution

Create an experience where the user can have a conversation with the Agent and have a visual output as a result of the different moments of the conversation.

The experience should be hybrid, allowing the user to jump between the conversation interaction and an exploratory click-through journey.

The product (Vehicle) should be the main character in the center of the stage, creating an emotional connection to the user by being the visual representation of the user/AI conversation.
