To increase user engagement and showcase promotional offers and limited-time deals, the proposal was for us to have a flexible component that would be more appealing to users, allowing them to interact with and view the available cars.
Problem
Currently, promotions are using a component with an old design, and data says it's not engaging users that much.
Business has a target to sell more cars and has multiple offers on products, accessories, financial products, servicing offers, discounts, etc.
Solution
Create a flexible component to communicate to the user the different offers, making the right balance between displaying the product and communicating the discount.
Different legal requirements from different markets need to be taken into consideration due to the nature of the offers.
Retail use-case
Adjustments to component were needed for Retailers, due to different data-sources and lack of control over images.
Expected outcome
The goal is to increase the qualification of our users while sending them into the store and increase lead conversion to sales, both online and offline.
Customer insights
Current data on moderated user tests have demonstrated that the section is well perceived by users, decreasing the engagement in the deeper section of the slider (as expected). We aim to avoid having too many offers, relying on personalization use cases to deliver the best offer to each user.
